Serbia has over 1,000 new daily Covid cases: 6 people die, 25 patients are on ventilators

Coronavirus was confirmed in 1,072 people in Serbia the last 24 hours, and at the same time six more patients died as a result of Covid.

11,324 people got tested in this period of time.

There are 25 patients on ventilators.

268 people tested positive for coronavirus in Belgrade, followed by Kragujevac, 55, Novi Sad, 53, and Nis, 37. There were 32 new cases in Valjevo, 27 in Presevo, 21 in Cacak, and 20 in Novi Pazar and Uzice each.

Kladovo had 18, Despotovac 17, Bujanovac and Smederevska Palanka 16 each, Krusevac 15.

Other towns had fewer than 15 new cases.
