A small wall next to IMT in Jurija Gagarina Street is sprayed with various graffiti, and one huge one was dedicated to Ratko Mladic.

In recent months, there has been a fierce conflict between people who support Ratko Mladic and those who oppose such support.

Ratko Mladic was convicted of war crimes before the tribunal in The Hague for his role as military commander of Serbs in Bosnia during the 1990s war.
