    If someone really wants international forces to fully fulfill their mandate in Kosovo and Metohija, how can they work on the transformation of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) into the Kosovo army. Kosovo is not a state, it is not a member of the UN, and KFOR is there according to (UN) Resolution 1244, which does not envisage such a formation - stressed the chairman of the Assembly Committee on Kosovo and Metohija
