Emotional message illuminates Belgrade Tower in Belgrade Waterfront: "Nole, you are Serbia's pride!"

Earlier on Sunday, it was announced that one of the symbols of our capital will be decorated in this way

The best Serbian tennis player, Novak Djokovic, was on his way to Europe last night after being deported from Australia by the decision of the Federal Court and the presiding judge, James Alsop, who confirmed the decision of Minister of Immigration Alex Hawke that Novak represents a "threat to health and public order" of the country.

It is difficult to understand how the authorities there came to such a conclusion, and it is difficult to come to terms with the fact that we will not watch Novak this January defending the ninth Australian Open title he won last year.

In any case, great support for Djokovic continued arriving from our country. One of the tallest buildings in the city center, the popular Belgrade Tower "West65" was illuminated with a huge message reading, "Nole you are Serbia's pride."

"Nole, come home, your people love you!"

Many Belgraders photographed and filmed this scene from their cars, from the streets or surrounding buildings, and shared it on social media.

Novak has a connecting flight to Europe during the morning, and that is how he will end his "hellish journey" in Australia, which lasted about ten days.
