Valentin Inzko has said that the non-paper, an unofficial diplomatic document on the change of borders in the Western Balkans along ethnic lines, still exists.

The former high representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, who has not appeared in the media since leaving the post, gave an interview to Slovenian media and said that this document has been in his drawer for almost four years, where the real author and the real intent of the document are hidden.

The facsimile of the interview in which Inzko makes these claims was published on his Twitter profile by the Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Jansa, who has been speculated to be the author or co-author of this document, B92 writes.

In April of last year, the document was first published by Slovenian media, allegedly authored by Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Jansa, and was sent to European Council President Charles Michel during Slovenia's EU presidency.

Since this it was an unofficial diplomatic document, intended to communicate various views and initiatives without having a formal character, it did not even have a signature.

The existence of this document was denied by the Slovenian prime minister of the time and members of the European Council, and the whole case, judging by recent statements of the former high representative, has not yet received an epilogue.
