US ambassador says goodbye to Serbia with a video message: I quickly fell in love with it

At the end of his term, US Ambassador to Serbia Anthony Godfrey said goodbye in a message to citizens of Serbia posted on Twitter.

"Representing the United States in Serbia was the biggest honor in my life. Thank you friends," Godfrey wrote.
He also published a video showing the most important events that happened during his time in Belgrade, entitled, "My Serbia."

Godfrey was appointed as US ambassador to Serbia in 2019.
He will be replaced by Christopher Hill, who in 1998 and 1999 served as special envoy for Kosovo and Metohija.
