The best tennis player in the world, Novak Djokovic, has started his 360th week at the top of the ATP list, despite the fact that he is yet to play a single match in 2022. Novak is thus closer to breaking the "eternal" record in the number of weeks at top top spot of the ATP list both for women and men, with only Steffi Graf with 377 weeks ahead of him now.

Djokovic currently has 10,875 points, while second-placed Russian Daniil Medvedev has 9,635 points.

In the third place is German Alexander Zverev (7,865), the fourth is Greek Stefanos Tsitsipas (7,355), and the fifth Spaniard Rafael Nadal (6,875).

Also in the Top 10 are Italian Matteo Berretrini, Russian Andrei Rublev, Norwegian Casper Ruud, Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime and Italian Jannik Sinner.

Serbia's Dusan Lajovic lost two places and is now 39th in the world, while Filip Krajinovic dropped as many as eight and is currently 44th on the ATP list.

Laslo Djere kept his 56th spot, while Miomir Kecmanovic is six positions lower than the previous Monday and is in the 70th place.

Novak will top the list next Monday as well, but his point advantage will be significantly reduced, since then the points from last year's winning of the Australian Open will be deducted, so he will have 2,000 points less. Points will also be taken away from Medvedev (1,200), but before the start of the tournaments in Dubai and Acapulco, Djokovic's advantage over the Russian will be 440 points.

Since Novak is defending 500 points from Dubai from two years ago, and Medvedev is not, Djokovic could lose the number one spot in two weeks. Medvedev needs to triumph in Acapulco to become the new number one.
