Petkovic after talks in Brussels: Without forming Community of Serb Municipalities, we can't move forward

"We have finished another round of talks, we spent 10 hours in the EU building. The first and basic issue we raised is the formation of the ZSO (Community of Serb Municipalities). Nine years have passed since the Brussels Agreement and we are still waiting for the ZSO to be formed - said the director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Petar Petkovic
