A Telegraf.rs crew arrived at the scene of a crime that happened last night at around 10 pm in Zajecar when D.Z. killed his neighbor V.DJ., and then shot and killed police officer Ivan DJ. (28).

According to the neighbors, D.Z. started harassing V.DJ.,, whom he had been mistreating for years, in the morning, and everything escalated in the evening when she turned on the heating.

"He was shouting at her to turn off the stove, that it was sending him bad vibrations and that he would break all her flower pots. Then a shot was heard, then another," said one neighbor.

One of the eyewitnesses, next door neighbor Goran, said that he heard the sirens, and then police officers arrived.

"I heard the sirens, this morning I saw police officers, a woman has been shot and killed from a pistol. No one imagined that something like this would happen. He (the killer) had been reported several times, he was detained a couple of times," he said.

It is speculated that two more police officers have been allegedly injured, but the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office told Telegraf.rs that no other MUP members were injured.

The police were still at the scene in the morning after the bloody event in Zajecar, during which D.Z. killed his neighbor V.DJ. and police officer Ivan Djordjevic (28).

As can be seen in the photographs Telegraf took at the scene, traces of blood are visible, as well as of the investigation that has been carried out.

According to our information, D.Z. harassed his victim for years, and she allegedly filed several complaints against him.

He killed the woman last night using a firearm for which he did not have a permit.
