Members of the Ministry of the Interior in Belgrade immediately identified and are intensively looking for Djura N. (23) who last night wounded a 30-year-old man with a firearm, who subsequently died of his injuries.

There was a fight on the street in Jakovo last night, after which the suspect shot the victim and drove away in an unknown direction.

The injured man was transported to the hospital where he died.

"V.J. was shot three times in the abdomen. He died on the operating table an hour after midnight. The man was shot in front of his brother and three friends. He was admitted to the Emergency Center in serious condition. The police are looking all over Belgrade in order to arrest the suspect as soon as possible," said our source close to the case.

According to our information, the possible motive is allegedly a conflict over narcotics.

As we have learned unofficially, Djura N. graduated from a culinary school and worked in Belgrade's most elite hotels. He practiced folklore dancing for years and toured half of Europe with his troupe. Almost every year, he was at the river for Epiphany, and several times swam for the cross.

Those who know him cannot believe that he took up an AK-47 and shot V.J.

"Djura N. was a great young man. Always smiling and cheerful. We thought he couldn't hurt a fly. The news that he shot someone left me speechless. I still can't belive it," said one of his friends.

He also said said that he heard that his friend had problems with V.J.

"I guess V.J. he beat up Djura and his father. That's what the story was around here. I don't know why, but this infuriated him a lot and he swore that he would take revenge. Nobody believed that revenge would be so bloody," he explains.
