Blerim Vela, the chief of staff of the so-called president of Kosovo has been posting insults on Twitter for days targeting President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic, and Director of the Office for Kosovo and Metohija Petar Petkovic.

On the eve of the elections in the north of the Kosovo and Metohija last weekend, Vela stated that President Vucic was "totally deranged" - to which Petkovic replied that the Serbs in the southern province do not want them (Pristina authorities).

His latest insult was aimed at Petkovic through this social network, where he posted, "Petre (sic), stop barking," (by writing, "Petre," he was using the vocative case according to Serbian grammar to address Petkovic by his first name - although the message was in English).

This time Suzana Vasiljevic, considered "the right hand (woman)" of President Vucic, responded.

"It seems someone hacked the profile of this suave man Blerim Vela whose cover picture shows the books. If, however, his account has not been compromised, I ask the gentleman in question to swap out the books for a muzzle," she wrote.

As a reminded, out of the total number of 45,095 registered voters in the north of the Kosovo and Metohija, 1,566 ethnic Albanians and 13 persons of Serb nationality turned out to vote on Sunday.

Of the 19 polling stations, there were ones where nobody came to vote, namely in Zubin Potok, Zvecan and Leposavic.
