Vucic congratulates Mitsotakis on Greek general election results

Based on over 90 percent of the ballots counted, Greece's ruling New Democracy party has won 40.8 percent of the vote in Sunday's parliamentary elections, while the left-wing Syriza secured the trust of 20.1 percent of voters
