Vucic to continue consultations on candidate for PM, two more electoral lists invited

President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic will continue consultations on the candidate for prime minister tomorrow, and representatives of the Association of Vojvodina Hungarians and the lists "Usame Zukorlic - United for Justice - Party of Justice and Reconciliation - Bosniaks of Sandzak - Tomislav Zigmanov - Democratic Union of Croats in Vojvodina" have been invited to the talks.

The meeting with representatives of the list, "Association of Vojvodina Hungarians - For our president, for our community, for the future!" is scheduled to start at 10:30 am in the building of the General Secretariat of the President of the Republic in Belgrade.

As announced by the president's press service, representatives of the list "Usame Zukorlic - United for Justice - Party of Justice and Reconciliation - Bosniaks of Sandzak - Tomislav Zigmanov - Democratic Union of Croats in Vojvodina" are invited to a meeting that will start at 11:45 am.

Today, Vucic started consultations regarding the selection of a candidate for Serbia's next prime minister with representatives of electoral lists "The political struggle of Albanians continues - Saip Kamberi" and "The Russian Party - Slobodan Nikolic".

According to the Constitution, the president proposes a candidate for prime minister to the National Assembly after hearing the opinions of representatives of electoral lists that have seats in the Assembly, and the candidate will be the one who can secure enough votes for Serbia's new government to be elected.

After the December 17 vote, a total of 10 electoral lists passed the threshold and are represented in the Assembly.
