People'sd deputy from "We - the Voice of the People" Branimir Nestorovic said that he and his colleagues will not change their position regarding participation in the city government even by March 3, when the constituent session of the Belgrade City Assembly will be held.

The session was supposed to be held today but was postponed.

He added that they stand by that position for principled reasons and that it is not a matter of trying to strike a deal.

"It's not about us doing that, that we don't like the figures and I don't know what that was offered to us, and we're upping the price, instead we won't participate as a matter of principle," he said.

Asked why he did not meet with President Vucic this morning for consultations regarding the Serbian government, he said that their delegation was there, and that they respected the institution of the president.

"We had other things to do, we showed respect toward the institution of the president. Three of our representatives went," he said.

People's deputies Aleksandar Pavic, Bogdana Koljevic Keler and Branko Lukic attended the meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic this morning, while Nestorovic did not show up.
