Serbian president sums up last week: I'm not giving up fight for our country's greatest progress in history

In a post on Instagram, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has briefly summarized his activities during the past week.

"While the situation in the world is rapidly becoming more complicated, I use every opportunity to keep Serbia on a stable path of peace and progress. That's why I talk to everyone, open ways of cooperation and build bridges of understanding and mutual respect, where there were none before," he stated.

"It is of the greatest importance for our country to preserve peace and security, as well as to continue gathering friends and partners around common visions and values," Vucic said, and added:

"This is exactly why Serbia is an important factor on the geopolitical scene today, a country whose word is carefully listened to and respected, and whose opinion is respected. I am not backing down from fighting for the greatest progress of our country in history, there is no stopping and no surrender. In this honorable and difficult duty, I rely on the support of all our good and hard-working people, who do their best in this fight, knowing for whom we are doing it all," said Vucic.
