SNS leader and adviser to the president on regional issues, Milos Vucevic, said in Vranje that "the color revolution" is over and that the state has been preserved.

"We saved Serbia, it wasn't easy. The color revolution is over, their gatherings will continue, but they have no ideas and no will," Vucevic said during a party forum held in Vrtogos.

He added that the majority of citizens trust the state and institutions.

"Sometimes people are dissatisfied and upset that the state is not reacting faster and more energetically. The president and the state make decisions not in order to impress or satisfy someone, but so that the state is not put in additional danger," said Vucevic.

He stressed that there were those who wanted to escalate the conflict, to get Serbians to fight amongst each other, to divide the citizens of Serbia, to spill blood, in order to "complete the story about their color revolution."

The state, he pointed out, had to gradually "stifle" this color revolution, and that requires time and patience.

The SNS leader also said that he has disdain for anyone who has it for the south of Serbia.

"I am proud to be with you. I have disdain for anyone who has disdain for the south of Serbia. Those who do not love Kosovo do not understand Serbia. We will not give Serbia away, we respect everyone. We will never give Kosovo to anyone. What is stolen is cursed. There is no signature for independence. We are protecting the Serb Republic (RS), our people," said Vucevic.

He also spoke about the water supply system in the municipality of Vranje, saying that related problems, as well as other local infrastructural issues should be solved.

"We kept factories and brought new ones, after those who destroyed the entire industry in the south. I arrived here in three hours using the highway from Novi Sad. It was never like that before. They (the previous authorities in Serbia) did not invest in the Army, nor in roads, in Yumco, Simpo (factories). They destroyed everything in Vranje. We will not give away the south of Serbia, long live Serbia," said Vucevic.
