Vucic is in Osaka from where he congratulates Day of Serbian Unity, Freedom and National Flag

Today is Day of Serbian Unity, Freedom and National Flag, and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic congratulated this holiday from Osaka, Japan, where he is on a multi-day visit.

"Today we proudly mark a day that reminds us of what beings us together - unity, freedom and our tricolor. Our flag is a symbol of memory, tradition and the future we are building together. May this day inspire us to preserve unity, be proud of our roots and pass on the values of freedom and unity to the generations to come," the message states.

During the visit to Osaka, President Vucic will attend the official presentation ceremony of the National Day of Serbia as part EXPO 2025, after which he will visit the pavilions of Serbia and Japan.

During his stay in Tokyo, President Vucic will also meet with Prime Minister of Japan Shigeru Ishiba, and will end his visit by participating in the presentation of the investment potential of the Republic of Serbia, which will be attended by representatives of large Japanese companies.
