SNS leader and presidential adviser Milos Vucevic appeared on TV Pink and spoke about the attempt to provoke a "Maidan in Serbia", announcements of violence by the "blockaders" (anti-government protesters), and said that the state will not allow the system to be destroyed.

"I think that in the context of everything that the blockaders are doing, they are again announcing major violence, this confirms what the state leadership was talking about. I'm not surprised that this scenario is being prepared. There will be attempts at violence," believes Vucevic.

Dnevnik reports that he stated (the Novi Sad railway station) tragedy (when 16 people died) is being abused and "monopolized".

"The state will have to be ready, so that the collapse of the state is not allowed. If we lose our state now, we will not reclaim it for decades to come. First of all, this is a message to all citizens of Serbia and those who come from the right, who think that we are not protecting Kosovo and Metohija enough and do not care for the Serb Republic enough, they ought to know what they are participating in. So that they are not surprised tomorrow if a Dinko Gruhonjic or a Marinika Tepic come to power," said Vucevic, and added:

"It is shocking to me to see a flag with the image of Jesus Christ printed on it, (held by those) leading the attack against the Serbian police in order to bring Dinko Gruhonjic into that faculty. It's hard to believe what is happening. And this is the same Gruhonjic who says he will never allow a church to be built in Liman (in Novi Sad). Then they would be surprised, (say) that they didn't know - it's all one scam after another, just like the story about bikers and veterans."

Vucevic believes this is a fight against the state and announced that elections will be held in six to twelve months.

"This is a question of the survival of the state, this is the defense of Serbia's sovereignty," he concluded.
