Vucevic: Gathering of citizens against blockades in Novi Sad is appeal from freedom-loving Serbia

The leader of the ruling SNS and presidential adviser Milos Vucevic on Sunday in Novi Sad joined citizens who turned out for a family walk against blockades, in order to express their wish to live normal lives.
"I am present at these gatherings every weekend. Today I am here with a part of my family, with a large number of people in Sajlovo (a Novi Sad neighborhood), to say that we are against blockades, obstructions, deceptions, to show that we want to live normally. That it is not a problem for someone to think differently, but that it is a problem when you want to physically liquidate someone or ban and sanction someone," Vucevic said, and added:
"This is an appeal from the freedom-loving Serbia to live normal lives, to enjoy safety, security, to have predictability, to go to school without worry, to do business, for students to be able to take exams."
Speaking in Novi Sad, Vucevic pointed out that he is happy that in 200 municipalities and cities, including in Kosovo and Metohija, rallies are being held against blockades (anti-government protests).
"Not a large number of people wanted to obstruct our gatherings. Their motive is not stand up for something, but to prevent others from thinking differently. For ten months, they gathered illegally, without reporting the rallies (to the police), while no one blocked them. When you compare the numbers, there are still more people who want to live normally. Blockaders, persist in your demands, do not use violence because that is unacceptable, but let others think differently," concluded Vucevic.
