Lazar "Lucifer" Marinkovic arrested: Belivuk's soldier is suspect in Belgrade restaurant shooting case

The leader of the "Anti Romi" supporter group, Lazar Marinkovic aka Lucifer, who was previously identified as an associate of the criminal clan led by Veljko Belivuk, has been arrested on suspicion of involvement in yesterday's shooting in a restaurant in Visnjcka Banja in Belgrade.
Markinkovic is currently in police detention that can last up to 48 hours.
Among the wounded are two men who were the target of the attack - Nemanja N. and Darko L. - while the others happened to be inside the premises as the shooting started, including a woman who has life-threatening injuries. Allegedly, Lazar Marinkovic Lucifer ordered the hooligans to break into the restaurant.
Lazar Marinkovic Lucifer himself took part in a fight that happened before the shooting, while he was outside on a court-approved walk. His brother S.M. is said to have participated in the shooting and the police are looking for him.
Lazar Marinkovic Lucifer is the leader of Partizan's fan faction "Anti Romi" from Belgrade's Karaburma, and was also registered under the nickname "Lucifer" on the encrypted application Sky that was used by criminal clans.

Lazar Marinkovic Lucifer was sentenced in the first instance in January of last year, along with 17 members of his group, to a total of 73 years and 9 months in prison for narcotics trafficking. He was sentenced to seven years. However, that verdict was overturned in March, when the Appellate Court decoded to extended his detention and place him under house arrest until the relevant court's further decisions. Marinkovic also has a tracking device attached to his ankle.
The indictment in that case charged the defendents with conspiracy to commit criminal acts, unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs, while Marinkovic was additionally charged with the criminal offense of illegal production, possession, carrying and trafficking of weapons and explosive substances.
It was suspected that this group, i.e. its organizer, members, several minors and several unknown persons, operated from the beginning of July 2021 until March 29 of last year in the territory of Belgrade, with the aim of committing the criminal offense of unauthorized production and distribution of narcotic drugs.
It was suspected that they resold cocaine, heroin, marijuana and amphetamines, thereby making considerable illegal gains. The members of the crime group sold drugs in the Karaburma neighborhood in Belgrade, on river raft restaurants and in clubs, and they also delivered narcotics to home addresses of drug users. Members of this criminal group were arrested on March 29, 2022, while three suspects were already in custody at that time.
They are linked to drug trafficking as part of the group led Belivuk and Marko Miljkovic, who are both in custody, and whose members are being prosecuted for the most serious crimes, including seven murders.
During one of the trials of Veljko Belivuk's group, collaborating defendant Nikola Spasojevic mentioned Marinkovic, whose nickname is "Lucifer", stating that he brought him drugs that Marinkovic further sold.
The trial of that group resumed in May.
