President Vucic is visiting France: Macron is hosting working dinner

President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic is today in Paris at the invitation of his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron.

On that occasion, the two officials will talk during a working dinner, which is organized by President Macron in honor of President Vucic.

President Vucic announced on the eve of the meeting that he is expecting an extremely important and substantive encounter with Macron, discussing all important geopolitical, regional, issues regarding bilateral cooperation, and Serbia's path toward European Union membership.

Vucic stressed that his visit to Paris will be short, but that he hopes that afterwards he will have news that will give hope to the citizens that we can face the upcoming winter "more safely and calmly."

The Serbian president also said that he hopes that a solution will be found for Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS; under US sanctions) - and that we would learn "what to do in the coming months."
