Dangerous weapon to be acquired by Pristina: It can destroy tanks and other armored vehicles

The so-called Kosovo Security Force (KSF) will soon be equipped with German PANZERFAUST 3 anti-tank weapons, Pristina based website Koha has reported, citing unnamed sources from the Ministry of Defense of so-called Kosovo.

According to those sources, the procedure for the purchase of the weapons has been completed and delivery to the KSF is expected.

The news comes only a week after it was announced that Pristina signed a three-year contract with AM General in order to acquire modern mobile artillery systems HUMVEE Hawkeye, the Koha report noted.

Meanwhile, PANZERFAUST 3 is a recoilless shoulder-carried infantry anti-tank weapon that is fired by one person, while its warhead penetrates the armor of modern battle tanks, infantry combat vehicles and armored combat vehicles.
