The wife of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, Tamara Vucic, participated in the summit "Building the Future Together", which was held at the US State Department in Washington.

The gathering, which brought together numerous dignitaries, was opened by US First Lady Melania Trump.

In her address, Tamara Vucic placed special emphasis on the challenges brought by the modern era, pointing out that the priority of modern society should be protection of young people online.

"Our primary focus must be on continuous education of children, so that they learn to independently recognize and avoid potential dangers lurking in the digital world," Vucic said.

During the summit, participants shared experiences on strengthening social inclusion and improving educational systems, with the common conclusion that digital literacy has become an inseparable part of basic education in the 21st century.
