Israeli Minister Miki Zohar invites Aleksandar Vulin to Maccabiah Games opening in Jerusalem

Israeli Minister of Culture and Sports Miki Zohar, a prominent member of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud party, has extended his personal invitation to Aleksander Vulin to attend the opening ceremony of the Maccabiah Games, a traditional sports competition that gathers Jewish athletes from around the world, held once in four years.

Vulin gladly accepted Minister Zohar's invitation and said that it was a great honor for him to be invited to attend such an important and proud event for the Jewish people.

"The joint suffering experienced by Jews and Serbs, the pain and suffering of our ancestors obligate us to preserve their memory, but also to nurture relations of trust and support between our countries," Aleksandar Vulin said during the conversation.
