This is the teen who died while attempting to overtake a column of cars near Novi Pazar: 3 other people killed

Four people died late last night in a traffic accident that happened on the main road between Novi Pazar and Raska. The victims include 19-year-old Kristijan B., who is suspected of causing the accident while attempting to overtake other vehicles.

The accident occurred when a Golf 7 driven by Kristijan B. collided with an Opel Astra which was moving towards it from the opposite direction.

The drivers of both cars, K.B. (19) and V.S. (69), as well as a passenger in the Opel, M.V. (45), died instantly. Another passenger from the same vehicle, K.V. (56), succumbed to her injuries in the Novi Pazar hospital.

According to unconfirmed information, the three victims from the Opel were members of the same family: a husband, a wife, and her brother.

One person with serious injuries was transported to the Emergency Center in Belgrade, while another suffered minor injuries and received treatment in Novi Pazar.

The Golf 7 driver's friend Luka R. who was his passenger is the one in critical condition.

Autopsies will be performed on the bodies of all four victims, while blood samples were taken for testing from all participants in the accident, those who died and those who surivived.

Kristijan B. will be buried tomorrow at noon, at the Sertovo cemetery.

The exact cause of the accident will be determined by investigators.
