The investigation of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade launched against 10 persons suspected of involvement in an aggravated murder and other criminal offenses, is meant to determine whether they are criminally responsible.

To that end, the prosecutor's office, in cooperation with the police, is collecting all the necessary information from persons who may have certain knowledge regarding this criminal event.

For this reason, the former head of the Criminal Investigations Police Department (UKP) N.DJ. gave a statement yesterday, in his capacity as a private citizen, in order to collect the necessary information.

Unofficially, this is former head of UKP Nemanja Djuran.

The Prosecutor's Office (VJT) is warning that no one outside of the competent authorities - VJT in Belgrade and, on its approval, the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP), is authorized to present information to the public in connection with the ongoing investigation.

VJT in Belgrade is once again appealing on the media not to publish unverified and inaccurate information, because the prosecution and the police will be informing the public in a timely manner about the progress in this case.

The investigation concerns the case of the shooting of Aleksandar Nesovic in a Belgrade restaurant.
