Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Djuric will today, at the invitation of US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, participate in a ministerial conference dedicated to the fight against political terrorism. This gathering is being held in Washington.

The conference will bring together ministers and top officials from more than 60 countries.

According to announcements, this will be an opportunity for discussions about strengthening international cooperation in the field of security and exchange of experiences, while a number of bilateral meetings between the heads of diplomacy are planned on the sidelines of the conference.

As he continues his visit to Washington, Djuric will also visit the NASA headquarters. The minister said Serbia will join the Artemis space program by signing a series of cooperation agreements between Serbia and NASA.

According to him, the agreements "will open the door wide for our institutions, institutes, and companies to get involved in space research."

Djuric is in Washington forthe opening of a strategic dialogue between Serbia and the United States, which should, for the first time in history, raise relations between the two countries to the strategic partnership level.
