33-year-old M.S. was arrested on suspicion of having, together with another person, committed a serious crime against general safety has been arrested. Members of the Criminal Investigations Police, UKP, found him in his bed and arrested him there.

As can be seen in the video of the arrest, members of the UKP entered the house where the suspect lives and searched every room, eventually finding him in the bedroom. The suspect woke up with a weapon pointed at him and immediately put his hands behind his back, after which UKP officers handcuffed him.

As announced by the Ministry of Internal  Affairs of Serbia, a criminal complaint will also be filed in regular proceedings against I.P. (20), who is currently in custody for committing another crime.

It is suspected that on August 11 in Belgrade, the pair poured flammable liquid on several motorcycles and set them on fire, as a result of which one car was also damaged. M.S. is now being detained by the police for up to 48 hours and will next be brought before a prosecutor.
