MOVIE-LIKE ROBBERY IN BELGRADE: Millions stolen from post office, police checking how robber knew about cash!

A post office worker in the Belgrade neighborhood of Rakovica stubbled upon a horror scene when arriving at work this morning - broken down doors, vandalized premises, and empty cash registers, Telegraf.rs has learned.

Members of the MUP are currently conducting a detailed investigation at the scene in this suburban municipality of the Belgrade capital. Forensic experts are collecting clues, while simultaneously combing the footage taken from security cameras in the area in order to track down the perpetrator.

What is crucial at this stage of the investigation is checking information about how the thief even knew that there was so much money in the office at that moment. Inspectors are investigating all the circumstances under which this robbery took place.

The police search for a suspect is ongoing.
