The protests in Paris that started last weekend are still the main topic among the residents of the French capital. Such a wave of violence and looting has not been seen in a city known for frequent demonstrations that turn chaotic. Journalists from the Telegraf.rs portal are at the scene, from where they report minute by minute on the latest happenings on the streets of Paris.

As citizens are trying to return to normal life and owners of bistros, shops and craft shops scramble to rebuild their properties, the amount of anger and hatred that surfaced overnight between Saturday and Sunday is becoming increasingly apparent.

Namely, we received photos and videos from a waiter originally from Sri Lanka, that testify to how Paris was literally burning, and that it is a miracle nobody died.

Parisians testify that dozens of shops and cars were burned and looted just over the last weekend. On Tuesday evening, the situation was much calmer in central Paris, where a temporary curfew was introduced in several locations.

According to announcements, another wave of large-scale demonstrations will take place on Saturday.
