The sister of Jovanka Broz, Nada Budisavljević, in the book by Zarko Jokanovic , " My sister, Jovanka Broz ," reveals interesting facts from the life of  Josip Broz Tito and the First Lady of Yugoslavia.  During his reign, the lifelong President was visited by many movie stars from abroad, and enjoyed himself along with Jovanka.

- Once Tito gave me a letter to read that was written by Richard Burton. I wanted to see how Burton writes. It was written by hand. It was very

interesting for me. In the letter that Burton wrote to Tito after the film Sutjeska (in the movie Burton played Tito), he said that he was uncomfortable because all the people looked at him, measured him up and down and compared him with Tito, and that he feels a little lost in this comparison - says Nada and adds - Otherwise I think that Tito was pleased with Burton's role and that he was a bit flattered, because at that time, Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor were at the height of their fame.

Tito was visited by the famous actress Sophia Loren. She was his guest at Brioni for about 15 days. Nada says that on that occasion the Italian diva brought along her son who was only a year and a half old. She came with a Swiss nanny and was in the Villa "Jadranka", where they were first. And every day she came to Vang to bathe. Tito and Jovanka where there the entire time during her visit.

- Every day she phoned Carlo Ponti. She washed her hair with distilled water and put an olive oil packaging.  Her hair was magnificent. And when they took pictures of her, she always turned to her side that was more beautiful. Those are the little secrets of great chefs. Sophia Loren really liked to cook. She released a book "Sofia in the kitchen, with love." Something like that. She prepared sauces for spaghetti on the Vang. Since she made a large amount of sauces, I remember that she would put veal, pork and ham in them, but when I heard that eight kilograms of fresh tomatoes were also included, I was surprised. That too was really great. A real specialty. And then we all ate together, it was heavenly! - recalls Jovanka's sister.

Nada says that Tito made Sofia "Zagorska" Strudel. He enjoyed making it, there was also a cook, but Tito made it. He made pie, strudel with apples. He made the pastry dough himself. He enjoyed it. I do not know whether he knew exactly how much to put inside or if the chef helped, but he kneaded and baked everything by himself.

- Unlike him, Jovanka did not enjoy cooking, when she ended up alone, she had to cook. Otherwise, she did not cook for Tito while they were together. This was not her passion, but she loved to eat. She liked to eat all kinds of things, she had a sweet tooth - says her sister .

Dobrica Cosic, says Nada, wrote a letter to Tito and then he gave it to me to read. I was appalled by it, so I said that he probably did not mean what he wrote and he told me not to get involved in it. And I didn't. He knew that I loved Dobrica as writer. We were all together on a boat, traveling for three months. Dobrica was interesting to me, he told us other things. About what he writes, what he will write about, and he commented on the things that happened.

DE PUTA MADRE: This is the most incredible man who has ever set foot in Belgrade!

- Bela Krleža, Miroslav's wife, was one endlessly charming, sweet, intelligent and witty person.  Jovanka enjoyed her company. Bela was her friend and they got along great. Bela always told her to pay more attention to herself. She tried to tell her to create herself some security, to have at least a two bedroom apartment. Then she told her how she bought a two-bedroom apartment in Zagreb. Small, but her own. Because if something happened to Krleža, they would evict her and she would not allow herself to end up on the street. And that's how Bela wanted to suggest, in a nice way, that she should think of herself while she still can. To take care of herself. But Jovanka did not do that, and refused to think of what could happen after - explains Nada and adds:

- This notion was too far for Jovanka to imagine. She could not even fathom the idea that Tito would one day die. She did not want to think about it. Not to invoke evil. She did not even provide mourning because even though she was not superstitious, she did not want to invoke evil.
