THE HAGUE REQUESTS: Seselj to return by Tuesday!

The Hague Tribunal has set May 26th to be the last day for the return of the leader of the Serbian Radical Party to the detention unit in Scheveningen

The Appeals Chamber of the Hague Tribunal has made a decision according to which the Radical leader Vojislav Seselj should be returned to The Hague by May 26th.

- The Appeals Chamber of the ICTY issued an order that Vojislav Seselj be returned to the detention unit by May 26th - said Vice President Milorad Mircic of the Serbian Radical Party.

Seselj expects to receive document from ICTY Wednesday

The Trial Chamber of the Hague Tribunal issued the decision on November 6th, 2014 that Vojislav Seselj, after 11 and a half years of detention, be released on provisional liberty due poor health.
