Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has returned to his duties after experiencing health problems due to which he was admitted to the Military Medical Academy, and today, the first photo of him taken after leaving the hospital was released.

He posted photos from the Serbian Presidency on Instagram, showing him with Pako, a Sarplaninac dog whom he received as a gift from Serbian Patriarch Irinej.

"A wonderful welcome this morning at work! Pako is a gift I received from Patriarch Irinej, and we also celebrated his first award," Vucic wrote.

In late afternoon of November 15, the president of Serbia was admitted to the Military Medical Academy due to cardiovascular problems.

Serbian Minister of Health Dr. Zlatibor Loncar stressed previously in a statement to Tanjug that President Aleksandar Vucic had chronic, minor heart problems, but that his health condition had seriously deteriorated when he decided to consult VMA doctors.

Immediately upon admission, it was assessed that the president of Serbia was vitally endangered.

Medical teams at this health facility immediately implemented all necessary measures to remedy such a serious condition, and, according to Minister Loncar, President Vucic responded well to the treatment prescribed to him.

However, VMA expert teams recommended that the Ppesident of Serbia reduce his regular activities in the coming period in order to fully recover from the deteriorating health condition that occurred on Friday.
