Thanks to the church municipality of Leposavic in Kosovo and Metohija, and the faithful people from this area, a cross 20 meters high and 12 meters wide has been placed on a hill above the town. It is located at 906 meters above sea level.

"Thanks to Bishop Teodosije, the people of this area managed to raise the cross on Kamilja Hill. With its arms it embraces all those who come here to pray to God and live a life in love," the Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) said for TV Most.

The works on tidying up the space for the cross and the driveway started a little over a year ago.

When everything is finished, this will be one of the places that the locals of Leposavic and its surroundings will be happy to visit.

"From the bottom of our heart, thank you to everyone who participated in this big project, and there are many from all over Kosovo and Metohija, Montenegro, the Serb Republic and central Serbia who took part in this big and very dear project," said the Serbian Orthodox Church .
