State Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs Zdenko Lucic is the representative of Croatia at the Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement in Belgrade.

That ministry told Zagreb-based tportal.hr that Croatia has observer status at the Belgrade summit. They explained that the Croatian representative is not participating in the work of the Movement's committee, nor in the meetings of working, contact or other groups.
The two-day summit of Non-Aligned countries, organized 60 years since the movement's formation, is being held in Belgrade, with participation of more than 100 high-ranking international delegations.
