The man, K.S., from the village of Ranovac in the municipality of Petrovac na Mlavi has been detained by the High Court in Pozarevac on suspicion of committing the crime of rape.

He allegedly raped his adopted daughter, who is only 12 years old, and repeated the crime several times in the last three months, Republika writes.
