Arsim H. (40) from Kosovska Mitrovica is also suspected of stealing a wallet from a Kissmme cafe patron. He has been arrested for a series of thefts, as well as possession of heroin.

The morning in the cafe in Belgrade's Vozdovac municipality where a resident of Kosovska Mitrovica took his last loot was calm, and our reporters were met in the establishment's garden by the owner Igor Zoric, who told us that the search for the suspect was successfully completed, which has been confirmed by the police.

"I was told last night that he had been arrested. Tomorrow I will file a criminal complaint against him. He did not operate in the neighborhood, nor was he reported in relation to thefts in nearby cafes. As I was told, he was stealing in the territory of New Belgrade," Zoric told Telegraf.rs.

He says that this is the first time a theft case of this kind has happened in his cafe.

"He took advantage of the waitress getting distracted. He stole a wallet, and the money that was there (in the till). All in all, some 50,000 dinars. This never happened to me before," he told us briefly.
