NATO should apologize to Serbia, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Afghanistan for the 900,000 lives lost to wars in those countries, and to the tens of millions of refugees, Lidjian Zhao, spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, wrote on Twitter.
