President Vucic to participate in the Munich Security Conference

The 59th Munich Security Conference is starting in Germany, where a large number of high-ranking international officials, heads of state and government, ministers, as well as representatives of international organizations and civil society, as well as President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic will participate.

During the three days of the conference in Munich, the participants will also discuss the biggest challenges of foreign and security policy, especially in light of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

"The key topic of this year's security conference will be Russia's invasion of Ukraine, as a turning point in global politics and the biggest European security challenge, as well as other issues," the organizers announced.

President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic is also attending the conference.

As announced, he will have a series of bilateral meetings with world officials, including US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, UK Foreign Secretary James Cleverly, Prime Minister of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis and High Representative of the European Union for foreign policy and security Josep Borrell.

During his stay in Munich, Vucic is also scheduled to meet with President of France Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
