Novak Djokovic has bought a luxurious duplex in Portonovi, Telegraf.rs has learned exclusively!

This is a complex built in the municipality of Herceg Novi, which attracts big names from around the world, including the best tennis player of all time. As we have learned, information about this first appeared about six months ago, saying that Nole had bought the property, but there was no confirmation. However, this has now been confirmed for the Telegraf team by several sources who are familiar with the purchase of the duplex apartment.

"It's true that Novak bought this duplex, but it was really kept a strict secret. It's still like that. Employees in this complex are not allowed to reveal such information, that's why it didn't get out. They are bound by serious contracts," a source told Telegraf at the beginning of our conversation.

"Novak is delighted with this place, it is peaceful, and the whole family agreed that this duplex is the right choice. Novak has everything he needs here, nearby are the courts where he trains regularly, even twice a day. The only surprising thing was that he did not buy one of the houses closer to the sea, but decided on a duplex," explained our interlocutor.

According to him, only Djokovic and the people who put the deal together know the precise price that he payed for it.

"No one will tell you the exact figure, not officially. We know that 3 million euros are being mentioned, but no one will confirm that to you," the source we spoke with told us.

Otherwise, as we found out, Novak always behaves like a regular person and is polite when he stays in Portonovi. He is kind to everyone he meets, and has already gotten to know some of the people who work there well.

"He goes to the gym, to the beach, sits in a bar, goes to train... He often goes for a run first, then to the courts. Sometimes twice a day. Like a regular person, on foot. Only when he has more equipment, then one of the employees takes him there in a golf cart. Truly, the man is alright and extremely down to earth," the Telegraf's source stressed.

Finally, he said that this is the only property that Novak owns in Montenegro.

"This duplex is the only thing he has bought here. There was a story that he bought a house near Kotor, but that is not true. There is only this duplex here, for now," our source pointed out.

On August 1, the Telegraf team recorded exclusive footage of Novak Djokovic precisely in Portonovi, to where he had returned from Zabljak with his mother Dijana, and brother Marko and his girlfriend.
