"The president of Montenegro, Mr. Milatovic, has a right to look forward to Euro-Atlantic integration more than to Serb integration. To those to whom the Serbian World is a threat, a Greater Albania is the future," Vulin stated after Milatovic said that that the idea of the Serbian World is a threat while the Day of the Serb Republic (RS, Serb entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina) is unconstitutional.

"I very much appreciate that Mr. Milatovic, with the support of Serb parties, defeated Milo Djukanovic, and that is enough from him. I understand his decision not to come to Banja Luka for the RS Day because he would have to spend the holidays justifying himself in the embassies for longer than he had to listen to instructions on how to form the government. And don't worry, no one expects him to be a Serb, so even if he speaks Serbian and is baptized in the Serbian Church, that's not enough for someone to be a Serb. And the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, is the president of all Serbs, whatever ambassadors think about it," said Aleksandar Vulin.
