After receiving the autopsy report from the Belgrade Institute of Forensic Medicine, the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Zajecar submitted a proposal for the substitution of jurisdiction in the proceedings regarding the death of Dalibor Dragijevic.

"This is in accordance with the methodology for investigation in cases of abuse, for which reasons there have been no announcements about the case," the Zajecar prosecution said.

Dalibor was arrested on suspicion of helping his brother Dejan get rid of the body of Danka Ilic (2). He died in police custody in Bor a few hours before he was to be questioned by the prosecutor's office in Zajecar.

Dejan's and Dalibor's father is also in custody.

Danka Ilic was killed on March 26 in Banjsko Polje.

Srdjan Jankovic and Dejan Dragijevic are suspected of committing the crime.

Dragijevic told in detail how the child was killed, but did not want to reveal where the body was left.
