Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin has attended the official reception hosted by Russian President Vladimir Putin for the participants and guests of the 16th BRICS Summit.

Vulin, the personal envoy of President Aleksandar Vucic, is leading the Serbian delegation at the BRICS Summit in Kazan.
Before the start of the reception, Vulin spoke with President Putin, as well as Chinese leader Xi Jinping, Belarus President Alexandr Lukashenko, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, and Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro.
