Serbian National Assembly President Brnabic meets with President of French Senate Gerard Larcher
President of the Serbian National Assembly Ana Brnabic met today, as part of her visit to Paris, with President of the French Senate Gerard Larcher.
Larcher welcomed Brnabic in front of the Senate building, which was followed by their meeting.
Previously, Brnabic visited the French National Assembly, where she met with the president of the lower house, Jael Bron-Pive.
The two discussed deepening cooperation between parliaments and strengthening ties between Serbia and France.
After the meeting in the National Assembly, Brnabic wrote in the Golden Book and toured the parliament building, including the plenary hall and the library of the Assembly.
She also met with members of the Serbian-French parliamentary friendship group.
Brnabic will attend the opening of the Paris Peace Forum today, as a representative of President of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic.
On Thursday, as part of the Paris Peace Forum, she will participate in a panel.
On the sidelines of the Paris Peace Forum, Brnabic will also meet with French Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs Jean-Noel Barrot.
