The Belgrade police are looking for Uros Certic, Serbia's best known stuntman, who today beat up and, most likely, cut a man with a machete in central Belgrade, Telegraf has learned.

The victim was transported by ambulance to the Emergency Center and his life is not in danger.

According to unofficial information, after the confrontation, Certic left the bloodied weapon at the scene and ran away.

The victim allegedly told the police that they have known each other for a long time and have "unfinished business".

Previous conviction

Uros Certic was previously convicted for the criminal offense of unauthorized production, possession, carrying and trafficking of weapons and explosives.

In August 2020, in the lobby of a bank in Belgrade, he was found carrying a gun without a permit, with seven bullets in it.

Recently, he was sentenced to 20 months in prison, which he is to serve in Sremska Mitrovica.

Uros Certic pleaded guilty in September 2022, when he was placed under house arrest for a year, but his lawyer Mladen Magdalenic told local media at the time that an appeal had been filed against this court ruling.
