Vucic: Presidential elections in Serbia to be held in December or January, at latest in early February
President of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic said on Sunday that if parliamentary elections are held in November, then presidential elections will be held in January, or in early February at the latest, while if parliamentary elections are held in October, the presidential ballot could be held by the end of December.

"If parliamentary (elections) are in November, then (presidential) will be in January. If parliamentary ones are in October, it's possible for presidential to take place at the end of December or the beginning of January," Vucic told TV Prva.
Asked if he had seen a survey carried out by the Crta NGO about election results, Vucic seemingy ironically said he would not believe it at first, but when he realized how much money they receive from various countries, then they must know.
"I believe in those Crta surveys. I didn't believe it at first, because I have some of my own, but when I saw how much money they get from Scandinavian countries, various European countries, from the European Union, they certainly do it better and know better than us. So we're facing defeat, they are facing victory, and that's fine. We will fight until the last moment, and when we lose, we will continue to fight," said Vucic and added that he will accept election results regardless of the outcome.
He noted that he believes that people will choose their future in the upcoming elections and that he was going to visit Banovo Polje near Bogatic on Sunday.
"I want to thank all the citizens of Serbia for supporting a policy of responsibility and a serious approach. We will accept election results, whatever they are, and congratulate them right away. But we will keep our ideas, and our program and plan, we will protect it, and fight for it. And that is the plan for Serbia to move forward rapidly, for Serbia to develop, for pensions and wages to grow, to protect families as a pillar of our society, to protect our country, to be able to protect and defend it ourselves," said Vucic.
