The Government of Serbia decided on Thursday to open the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The opening of the embassy will contribute to the further strengthening of friendly relations and overall bilateral cooperation, the Government announced.
During the session, the Government also adopted the regulation on the amendment of the regulation on the grant program for the purchase of houses in villages for 2026, as well as the Nature Protection Program of Serbia for the period 2026-2031.
