First SNOW expected in Serbia tomorrow! Here's where

The cold front will bring fall-like cooling to Serbia today, and after the temperatures rose to 32° during the weekend, they will now drop by more than 10 degrees.

It will rain only in some places today, and when the cold front arrives, very strong, gusty and stormy northwest winds are forecast.

The cool weather will continue on Tuesday.

It is expected to be colder and more rainy than usual for this time of year.

The first snow of the season is forecast on the mountains higher than 2,000 meters above sea level.

In the afternoon, snow is locally expected at 1,800 meters above sea level, so the first snowflakes would fall on the highest parts of Kopaonik and Stara Planina, in some places and Golija, and then on the highest mountains in Kosovo and Metohija, above 1,800 meters, such as Hajla, Prokletije and Sar.

Maximum temperatures will be from 15 to 20, in Belgrade up to 17 degrees Celsius.

It will be cold on the mountains, from 0 to 5 degrees on the highest mountains. The temperature on Kopaonik will drop to 1°C, on Pancic's Peak to 0°C.

Tomorrow, our area will be under the influence of a strong high-altitude cyclone moving from the Carpathian region, which will cause a significantly colder air mass to penetrate.

The cooling will be short-lived, because already on Wednesday after a very cold morning, temperatures will be above 20 degrees during the day.
