Police come across man pushing his murdered brother's body in a wheelbarrow along the street

The killing in a reputable family in Sabac was discovered at about 3 am on Tuesday. As we have learned, the tragedy shook a peaceful neighborhood of Sabac, a town in Western Serbia, where a distinguished Sabac professor and painter P. G. lived with his three sons.

On the same day the body of one of the sons was discovered, one of the victim's brothers was named as a suspect in the murder.

"A police patrol noticed about 3 a.m. this morning a young man pushing a wheelbarrow and heading toward the Waterworks. They stopped him, and it was quite a sight - the wheelbarrow contained a lifeless body of a young man," a source has revealed for Telegrafa.rs.

A Telegraf.rs source from the investigation also reveals that the murder was apparently premeditated. It is alleged that B.G. had already dug a hole near the Waterworks, which is located at the extension of Oslobodjenja Street, where he lived. According to this, after killing his brother, he set out to get rid of the body.

B.G. (20), who was found pushing the wheelbarrow with the body, was arrested and and is suspected of killing his older brother, a 24-year-old.

Sources close to the investigations say a possible motive for the murder are broken family relations between the brothers.

B.G. is suspected of dealing several blows to the head of his victim who died of the injuries in their family home in Sabac.

B.G. is a murder suspect and will be held by the police for up to 48 hours. He will then be charged and brought before the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Sabac.
