Bloodbath in Kosovo: Policewoman kills her parents and brothers, then commits suicide

The Basic Prosecution in Gnjilane, its serious crimes department, said that around 1 pm today a policewoman killed 4 people - her parents and two brothers - to in the end commit suicide.

According to preliminary information, it is suspected that the deceased is V.B.,  a police officer from the police station in Gnjilane, while the murders and suicide took place in the Bujanina settlement.

The prosecution said that the police, the prosecutor, and a medical team immediately arrived at the location to discover a horrifying scene. At the request of the prosecutor, the bodies will be sent to the Forensic Institute in Pristina for post mortems.

"The case is being investigated and other details will be announced in a timely manner," the report said.

In the meantime, local media also reported that five people lost their lives today in the Bujanina neighborhood.
